We at Delta-R see ourselves as a customer and market-oriented company. For us it is a given, to provide you with an optimal and comprehensive service that starts with the consultation and extends over a consistent batch traceability up to the calibrating.

Consultation

We offer comprehensive consultation in all areas of the product life cycle from the definition of the task on drafting the idea, the prototype to series production and optimize the component series. As a privately owned company, we think in the long-term because good customer relations and finding optimal solution are crucial for us.

Calibration

Upon request we offer both standard calibrations and DKD calibrations. We are happy to advise you when needed, regarding the necessary measurement accuracies as well as the number and selection of measuring points. Feel free to contact us.

Labeling, classification and packaging

Individualized labeling with your item number on all documents is part of our standard service that you can expect from us.
Individual classification of our products is possible. This option ranges from your logo and item number to a serial or parts number. Neutral packaging with direct delivery to your customers is our daily practice. The time savings gained thereby is increasingly desired for items for which you act as our client.

Batch traceability

Consistent batch traceability provides security and allows, if necessary, a targeted action.

All our items have a six-digit item number and a descriptive name. The manufacturing number consists of the item number with a four-digit add-on that allows batch traceability. We at Delta - R call this a consistent batch traceability to increase your security.
